1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Milwaukee Limo Service website and our chauffeured transportation services. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or riding with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Milwaukee Limo Service provides professional chauffeured ground transportation, including airport transfers, black car and corporate service, weddings and special occasions, event transportation, and long-distance trips across Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin. Vehicles, availability, and routes are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Reservations

You can request a booking by phone, text, email, or our online form. A reservation is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and provided a price and pickup details. Please give accurate trip information, including the correct address, time, passenger count, and any special requests, so we can serve you properly.

4. Pricing and Payment

We provide flat, all-inclusive quotes with no surge pricing, confirmed before your trip. Hourly services have a minimum booking length that we will tell you at the time of quoting. Quoted rates cover the trip as described. Additional stops, extra time, extended wait time, or significant route changes may affect the final price, and we will communicate any such changes whenever possible. Tolls are included where stated. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Changes

We understand plans change. To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us as early as possible by phone or text. Cancellation and change terms, including any applicable notice period or fees, are provided at the time of booking and depend on the service and timing. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge. Please reach out and we will always do our best to work with you.

6. Passenger Conduct and Safety

For everyone's safety and comfort, passengers agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws and the reasonable instructions of the chauffeur.
• Wear seat belts as required and keep to the seating capacity of the vehicle.
• Refrain from any illegal activity, including illegal substances, while in the vehicle.
• Consume alcohol only if of legal drinking age and only where permitted in the vehicle.
• Treat the vehicle with care. Excessive cleaning or damage caused by passengers may result in a fee.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. The chauffeur may end a trip, without refund, if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.

7. Luggage and Lost Items

Please let us know your luggage needs when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle. We take care with your belongings, but we are not responsible for items left behind in a vehicle. If you leave something, contact us promptly and we will make every reasonable effort to locate and return it.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We track flights and plan routes to keep you on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or other events. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust where we can.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milwaukee Limo Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including missed flights, events, or connections due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are fully licensed and insured, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Wisconsin.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
